This Privacy Policy describes how Kidooo Family collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our MVP beta app.

Kidooo Family is intended for parents, legal guardians, and adult caregivers. It is not designed for children to create accounts or use independently

1. What we collect

1.1 Information you provide

Account information

• Name (optional), email, authentication credentials or tokens, and basic settings.

Child profile and care information (provided by a parent/guardian)

• Child name or nickname, age/date of birth (optional), and information you choose to provide about routines, goals, preferences, and observations.

Child video uploads

• Videos of your child that you upload to the app.

Uploaded documents

• Documents you upload such as ASD diagnosis reports, school IEP plans, evaluations, and related materials. These documents may contain sensitive information about your child and family.

Parent content

Notes, journals, responses to forms or questionnaires, messages, and feedback you submit.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Usage and device data

• App interactions and feature usage, timestamps, pages/screens viewed, and basic analytics events.
• Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, language, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.

Approximate location

• Approximate location inferred from your IP address (such as city/region), mainly for security and basic operations.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate Kidooo Family features.
• Generate insights, summaries, or recommendations based on what you provide.
• Support and communicate with beta users.
• Improve product design, quality, and reliability (including troubleshooting, analytics, and feature evaluation).
• Develop, evaluate, and improve our AI and related models that power Kidooo Family, as described in Section 10.
• Protect safety and security, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms.
• Comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.

3. AI features

Kidooo Family may use AI to help create summaries, insights, or recommendations from the content you provide (such as parent notes, uploaded documents, and video).

• AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Kidooo Family is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• You are responsible for how you use any insights provided by the app.

4, Data Sharing

We may share information in the following limited ways:

4.1 Service providers (vendors)

We use service providers to run the app (for example cloud hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, and AI processing). They are permitted to process data only to provide services to us and are expected to protect it.

4.2 Legal and safety

We may disclose information if required to comply with law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, children, the public, or our services.

4.3 Business transactions

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain your child’s data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Upon termination of the service or withdrawal of consent, we will delete the data.

5. Children’s privacy

Kidooo Family is intended solely for use by parents and legal guardians. It s not directed to children under 13, and children may not use it independently.

Parents and guardians may upload information about their child, including videos and documents. By doing so, you confirm you have the legal authority to provide that information.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us without appropriate authorization, contact info@aiecd.com and we will take appropriate steps, including deletion where applicable.

6. Sensitive information (health and education-related materials)

Because you may upload ASD diagnosis reports, IEPs, evaluations, and child videos, Kidooo Family may process information that could be considered sensitive (including health-related and education-related information).

We use this information only for operating Kidooo Family and improving the product as described in this policy, and we apply safeguards intended to protect it.

7. Security

We use safeguards designed to protect your information, which may include encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls designed to limit access to authorized personnel, monitoring, and regular updates.

No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to support the MVP beta program, improve and secure the product, and comply with legal obligations. Because this is a beta product, we may retain de-identified datasets and technical logs to diagnose issues and improve features.

• We generally retain account content (such as child profiles, parent notes, uploaded videos, and uploaded documents) for as long as your account is active to support service functionality and your access to history.
• We retain technical logs (such as crash reports, performance, and security logs) for a limited period, generally up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required for security or legal purposes.
• Backups are maintained for a limited period and are overwritten on a rolling basis.

Deletion requests

• If you want to leave the beta and request deletion of your account and associated content (including child videos and uploaded documents), contact us at info@aiecd.com.
• After verifying your request and authority, we will delete or de-identify information unless we must retain it for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup integrity, or dispute resolution purposes.

9. Your choices

You can:

• Choose what information to upload (including whether to upload documents or videos).
• Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting info@aiecd.com (subject to verification and applicable law).
• Opt out of non-essential communications (where applicable).

10. AI features and data use

During the MVP beta, we use third-party AI providers via APIs to generate AI outputs. We do not enable optional data-sharing settings that allow third-party AI providers to use our API data for their model training.

If applicable law requires additional notices, opt-out rights, or opt-in consent for specific uses of data (including certain uses of sensitive information), we will follow those requirements.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.

Kidooo Family Parent/Guardian Consent (MVP)

By creating an account and uploading or entering information about your child in Kidooo Family, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian (or otherwise authorized) and you consent to our collection, use, storage, and processing of that information as described in this Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.

You may withdraw consent and request deletion by contacting info@aiecd.com, subject to the retention limits described in Section 8.

Kidooo Family MVP beta is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI generated insights are accurate or complete. Kidooo Family is not a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment.
